Michael founded Feit Consulting over 16 years ago, bringing with him his desire to build partnerships. Previously with Westlaw for over 10 years, his last position in Large Law Strategy, Michael fully understands the demands of vendors and the needs of clients. His ultimate goal, creating a win-win partnership for the vendor and the firm. He truly sees legal information contracts beyond the numbers, considering the full impact of content, usage, service and trust. The newest development of the Market Trends Series whitepapers was driven from Michael’s desire to share knowledge with law firm administrators with the idea that we are all better partners if we have the information we need.

Alex West, M.B.A., Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President, Alex guides client interaction and strategic direction for the Advising group at Feit Consulting. With an extensive corporate background in management and marketing at Fortune 500 companies such as Sara Lee, Hasbro and P&G, Alex oversees all Feit client engagements. With Feit Consulting's analytics and deep knowledge base in the legal information market, Alex optimizes customer experiences with strategies tailored to each Firm's individual needs.

Monice M. Kaczorowski, M.L.S., Vice President of Library Strategy and Innovation

As part of the leadership team, Monice provides strategic input on all aspects of Feit Consulting’s work. Monice leads client engagements and develops resources that are focused on library modernization, library audits and the Sole Provider Viability Process. As a former Chief Knowledge Officer, she has been a proponent of law firm KM as a way to improve attorney workflow and foster efficiencies within the practice of law. Managing her own consultancy firm prior to joining Feit, Monice has a keen sense for the large picture while understanding the micro-nuances of legal information management.

Jenny Potocnik, Vice President of Strategy and Research

Collaborates with the leadership team and account managers on strategy development for client projects and contract negotiations. Spearheads research initiatives developing surveys and analyzing data; translating data findings into presentations and resources. Leads the development of white papers, from concept to final editing. Works collaboratively with the President and Founder in directing and executing marketing strategies including advertisements, e-campaigns and sales materials. With a management and marketing background in international development and higher ed fields, Jenny brings a fresh perspective to Feit Consulting’s strategy development and execution.

Alice Tank Van Dyke, J.D., Client Development Manager

Servicing the large law firm market, Alice truly embodies the spirit of partnership. Alice sees each client as a partner, listening to their needs and ensuring a true match of their needs to Feit Consulting’s services. A former Litigation Attorney before becoming a Westlaw rep, Alice has a keen sense for the legal information market providing a high-level of customer service to clients.

Kerry Lister, M.L.S., Client Development Manager

In her role, Kerry is the initial point of contact for potential clients providing the best solution based on a client’s need. She facilitates consultations with clients, and works with the Feit Team on library management projects. A former Research Librarian, Kerry has worked in numerous law firms around the country. Having also worked for an on-demand virtual research service for law firms, Kerry brings forth an extensive knowledge base in understanding a variety of law firm’s legal information needs.
