Position: Client Development Manager
Feit Consulting offers advisory services to law firms related to legal information management and contract negotiation. The Client Development Manager will be responsible for connecting with potential clients to gain an understanding of their legal information management needs and share how Feit Consulting can provide solutions to the needs. Additionally, the Client Development Manager will service current clients by effectively communicating and presenting strategic plans, updates on project steps and sharing results specific to client’s engagement with Feit.
Communication: Cold-calling law firms. Ability to engage and communicate with various stakeholders within a firm (executives and knowledge officers) by asking key questions to uncover potential client’s needs and quickly determine which of the Feit services/products best fits those needs.
Sales strategy execution: Understand all angles of any given strategy for a given prospect. Brainstorm and work individually as well as with Feit leadership to refine sales strategies to increase sales.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key contacts at a law firm; developing good rapport with potential, current and past clients.
Sales presentation skills: Deliver information that fits potential/current client’s style and effectively meets the expressed needs.
JD, MLS or MLIS from an ALA accredited university, and/or experience working at one of the top legal information vendors.
5+ years of professional library or legal information sales experience.

Position: Strategy Analyst
In this role, you will work closely with the project team to provide analytical support for Feit Consulting’s two business lines: consultancy services and resource development. You will be responsible for conducting analysis and reporting integral to client work and product sales. Additionally, you will manage projects for current clients working with the team to develop strategies and project guidance.
• Conduct analysis and reporting to prepare key data points for client presentations as well as Feit’s larger business development.
• Lead and support client activities including leading client meetings, updating and tracking project plans and timelines. Resolve all client questions and concerns in an effective and timely manner.
• Develop and revise client presentations incorporating key analytics and data points.
• Lead and/or assist in project management activities related to the Market Trends Series line: identifying, updating, and tracking project plans and issues to ensure on-time delivery of work products. Facilitates process workflow through coordination.
Ability to work independently, glean best practices and utilize past experience to develop well-thought out strategies and solutions to given tasks or projects.
Detail-oriented: Strong background in finding and considering the smallest details in the project.
Deliverables: Respond timely to project requests and meet set deadlines.
B.S. or B.A. with 2-3 years of experience.
Strong skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
